Audit-ready disclosure.
Board-ready governance.

Clarion Advisory provides end-to-end issuer filings support and governance execution for CSE and TSXV-listed companies and CPCs, with disciplined workflows for SEDAR+ submissions and SEDI insider reporting administration. We also establish governance foundations for IPO-bound private companies, non-profits, and associations.
What we do
We help organizations run governance that is operational, not theoretical. That means clear board routines, clean records, and workflows that reduce compliance risk and last-minute pressure.

Compliance workflow discipline
Clear calendars, checklists, version control, and documentation standards that support reliable SEDAR+ continuous disclosure and SEDI insider reporting.
Clean records and issuer hygiene
Registers, cap table discipline, equity compensation governance support, and audit-ready documentation that holds up under scrutiny.

Board-ready governance
Agendas, minutes, resolutions, action tracking, and decision logs that are consistent, defensible, and easy to retrieve.

Services
Clarion Advisory focuses on governance work where quality and follow-through matter. We support public-company disclosure operations, build governance foundations for companies moving toward an IPO, and provide board governance support for non-profits and associations.

Venture Issuer Disclosure Support (SEDAR+ & SEDI)
Public-company compliance work is repeatable when it is run as a system. Clarion Advisory supports venture issuers with continuous disclosure submission workflows and insider reporting administration so obligations are met consistently and records stay clean.

IPO Readiness Governance Foundations
IPO readiness is not only about financials. It is also about governance: clear roles, documented decisions, and records that stand up to due diligence. Clarion Advisory helps early-stage private companies build governance foundations that scale as the business approaches public markets.

Governance Support for Non-Profits & Associations
Many boards do meaningful work but struggle with process: inconsistent minutes, unclear mandates, and governance documents that do not match how the organization actually operates. Clarion Advisory helps boards put structure in place without adding bureaucracy.
